Message flow

A sequence of automatic DMs: ask, wait for the answer, send the link, request permission.

What is Message flow?

A message flow is a multi-step DM automation, triggered by a keyword. Instead of a single reply, the conversation follows a script: greet, ask a question, store the answer, deliver what was promised and ask for permission to send news. It is what makes it possible to qualify a contact and collect an email or interest without leaving the network, and it is the basis of any later broadcast, because the flow is where the opt-in happens.

In Murify

Murify builds DM flows without code: each step is a message, a question with its answer collected, a link or the permission request. Answers are stored on the contact’s record.
