What is Inbox?
A unified inbox is the screen that gathers the interactions of several accounts and networks in one place: comments on posts, DMs, story mentions. Without it, whoever manages more than one account opens each app and misses messages. With it, they reply from one place, see what the automation already answered and what is still pending, and can measure response time.
