1. Who we are
Murify is the controller of the data processed on this site and in the product. For any request about your data, use the email on the contact page.
2. What we collect from you
Name, email and password (stored only as a hash) when you create an account, or the basic profile data if you sign in with Google. Briefs, brands, logos, photos and text you upload to generate content. Posts, schedules, automations and the credit history. If you subscribe to a plan or buy credits, the name, CPF or CNPJ and billing address entered at checkout; card details stay with Stripe and never pass through us. Technical access logs (IP, browser, time) for security and troubleshooting.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, we store the access token Meta gives us, the account identifier and name, metrics of published posts, and the comments and messages that arrive through it. We use this to publish, measure and run the automations you set up. Disconnecting the account revokes the token.
4. Third-party data
Comments and messages other people send to your connected accounts are stored for up to 90 days, with the text and the username of the author. This is what makes replying, moderating and keeping the conversation possible. This data is processed on your behalf; anyone who wants it removed earlier can ask through the contact page.
5. Artificial intelligence
To generate text and images and to moderate comments, we send the brief, the brand material and the comment text to AI providers (currently Google Gemini). The provider processes the content to return the result; we do not use your data to train models.
6. Who we share with
Only with those needed for the service to work: Meta, to publish and receive comments; AI providers, to generate and moderate; cloud providers, to host the database and files; the email service, for account messages; Stripe, to process payments; and the invoicing service, to issue the tax invoice for each charge. We do not sell data to anyone.
7. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect the session, and cannot be turned off. Analytics (page usage and performance) and marketing (campaign measurement) only run with your consent, which you give and change in the banner or under "Cookie settings" in the footer.
8. How long
Account and workspace data stays as long as the account exists. Third-party comments and messages, 90 days. Technical logs, as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. When you delete the account, the subscription is canceled and everything that is yours is removed, including files in storage, except the billing and credit records that tax law requires us to keep.
9. Your rights
You can export all your workspace data and delete your account from the settings, at any time and without asking anyone. You can also correct data, withdraw consent and question any processing, under the LGPD (Brazilian data protection law). Requests that do not fit in the settings go through the contact page.
10. Security and changes
Passwords are stored with a strong hash, network tokens are encrypted, and data access is restricted to each workspace. No system is infallible; if an incident affects you, we will let you know. We may update this policy, and the date at the top indicates the current version.
