1. Acceptance
Murify is operated by Murify. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
2. The service
Murify is an AI content studio: it generates posts, carousels and stories from a brief, schedules publications and automates replies to comments and messages on connected accounts. We may change, add or discontinue features at any time; if a feature is discontinued, we give reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide a real email address. Your password is your responsibility: anything that happens in the account counts as done by you. One account belongs to one person; for a team, each person creates their own and joins the same workspace.
4. Connected accounts
Connecting an Instagram or Facebook account is an authorization you grant through Meta and can revoke at any time, here or in the network settings. Publishing and replying through Murify remains subject to Meta’s terms and policies. If Meta revokes or limits access, publishing and automations stop until you reconnect.
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated text and images may contain errors, inaccuracies or resemble existing content. You review before publishing and are responsible for what you publish in your name. What Murify generates for you is yours to use as you wish, within the law.
6. Your material
Briefs, logos, photos and text you upload remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, process and display that material to operate the service, and you warrant that you have the right to use it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Murify for spam, harassment, deceiving people, violating third-party rights, publishing illegal content or circumventing the limits and rules of connected networks. Automations that reply to comments and messages must respect the person on the other side.
8. Credits and limits
Some actions, such as generating content, consume credits, and the cost is shown before each generation. Usage limits exist to keep the service stable for everyone and may change; relevant changes are announced in the product.
9. Data and privacy
We handle your data, and the data of people who interact with your connected accounts, according to the Privacy Policy. Received comments and messages are stored for up to 90 days so that automations and moderation work.
10. Termination
You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk, with notice when possible. On closure, your data is deleted within the periods set in the Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties, liability and changes
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content you publish. We may update these terms; the date at the top indicates the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
