Planning and publishing

Content planning

Deciding in advance what to produce in the week or month, from the account’s topics and goal.

What is Content planning?

Content planning is the process of defining what will be published in a period before producing it: which topics, how many posts, in which formats and with what goal for each. It replaces the daily decision of what to post with the execution of a plan and makes batch production possible. A good plan spreads the content pillars across the week, alternates formats and leaves room for what comes up. The plan’s output goes to the editorial calendar.

In Murify

Murify’s planner builds the week’s grid from the brand’s topics, combining single posts, carousels and stories, and generates the posts in batch for the calendar.
