Planning and publishing

Posting frequency

How many times a week the account publishes in each format: consistency matters more than the number.

What is Posting frequency?

Posting frequency is the account’s publishing rhythm: how many feed posts, how many Reels and how many stories per week. There is no right number; there is what the account can sustain with quality. The algorithm does not punish those who post little, but it rewards consistency, because every post is a chance for a signal. The practical recommendation for a small brand is three to five feed posts a week, stories almost every day, and reviewing the rhythm by performance. Posting every day with weak content yields less than three good posts.

In Murify

Murify’s planner builds the week’s grid at the frequency you choose, alternating post types, and generates the batch for the calendar.
