Planning and publishing

Client approval

The step where the client reviews and releases the post before it is published, common at agencies and for freelancers.

What is Client approval?

Client approval is the step in the agency workflow where whoever hires reviews the content before it goes out: text, design and date. Without a process, approval turns into screenshots traded on WhatsApp, lost versions and posts published with mistakes. A minimum process has the post visible as it will go out, a place for comments, a deadline for the answer and the rule that only approved posts get scheduled. It is where the most time is lost in agency operations, and where a tool with preview and a shared calendar pays for itself.

In Murify

In Murify the post sits ready, with a preview in the three formats, and is only scheduled or published by the action of someone in the workspace; the client can be invited to their brand’s workspace.
