Planning and publishing

Editorial calendar

The day-by-day view of what will be published, on which network and for which brand.

What is Editorial calendar?

An editorial calendar is the schedule of publications: each post with a date, time, network and status. It answers "what goes out tomorrow" without asking anyone, shows the gaps in the week and avoids two posts on the same subject back to back. For whoever manages several brands, a calendar per brand is what prevents mix-ups. It differs from content planning: planning decides what to produce; the calendar shows when each thing goes out.

In Murify

Murify’s calendar shows scheduled posts per brand and per network, with the status of each one, and the post stays there until it is time to go out.
