Metrics and analytics

KPI

Key performance indicator: the metric chosen to tell whether the goal is being reached.

What is KPI?

KPI, key performance indicator, is the metric elected as the thermometer of a goal. It is not just any number, but the one that answers the business question: for growth, the weekly follower balance; for sales, link clicks and contacts generated; for authority, saves and shares. An account should have few KPIs, two or three, reviewed each period. The rest are supporting metrics, useful to understand why, but not to decide.

In Murify

Murify’s analytics brings reach, engagement, saves, clicks and contacts per post and per topic; which one is your KPI depends on the brand’s goal.
