What is Profile clicks?
Profile clicks, or profile visits, is the number of times someone tapped the account name from a post, a Reel or the Explore tab. It is the metric that separates content that only entertains from content that creates curiosity about who published it. A post with high reach and few profile clicks went viral on its own; one with many clicks is bringing people to meet the brand. Together with followers gained and link clicks, it forms a post’s funnel: saw, got interested, followed or clicked.
