LinkedIn document

LinkedIn’s carousel: a multi-page PDF published as a post, which the person flips through in the feed.

What is LinkedIn document?

A LinkedIn document is the format the network uses for carousels: a PDF uploaded as a post, shown page by page in the feed, with arrows to advance. It is LinkedIn’s format with the longest reading time, and the algorithm rewards the time a person spends on a post. It works for guides, lists, case studies and summaries of presentations. Pages are usually square or 4:5, with large text and one idea per page, and the last page asks for the action: comment, follow or save.

In Murify

The export of every Murify carousel includes the PDF ready to publish as a LinkedIn document, along with the 4:5 and 1:1 images for Instagram.
