What is Collab?
Collab, or collaborative post, is the Instagram feature that lets you invite another account as co-author of a post or Reel. The post appears in the feed and on the profile of both accounts, with both names in the header, and likes, comments and shares are added up in a single post. It is the cheapest way to reach another account’s audience: a partnership between brands, brand and creator, or two accounts of the same business. The invitation has to be accepted before the post shows on the guest’s profile.
